We have held two meetings since my original post on this.
The ideas contained in that post, which are very similar to those expressed by Martha, gained some approval, so we have investigated further.
Mike Green spoke to the principal of Holy Spirit School, who is agreeable to us using their under-cover area for setting out the hampers and gifts.
Gerry and Martha are to speak to the organisation that prepared our hampers last year, as well as doing price checks of the major supermarkets, for items that make up the hampers.
Another meeting is scheduled for next week.
